We are seeking go-getters to call, qualify, and place prospective travel nurses in temporary contract assignments at our healthcare client facilities across the country.

Recruit healthcare talent! Call prospective travel nurses and hospitals to engage, qualify, and place talent in critical contract assignments at healthcare facilities across the country by actively sourcing qualified candidates and maintaining current database.

Effectively communicate all assignment and benefits details to travelers throughout the recruitment process to maximize the nurse candidate experience and minimize traveler-initiated cancellations.

Communicate with your placed nurses, resolving on-the-job issues, effectively advocating, suggesting next opportunities, and escalating as needed.

Efficiently and accurately submit candidates, track prospective and ongoing placements, update database records, and maintain an effective recruiting pipeline.

Strong knowledge of Outlook Email, Excel, and using the Internet.

And you're quick to learn new software, such as our recruiting ATS platform.

About You You have experience working in a Nurse Recruitment/Staffing agency and have worked in a full 360 role, where you managed both candidate and client processes from start to finish.

Proven experience with generating new business, client relationship management, candidate sourcing, candidate management, negotiations, and closing deals.

You want to have more ownership in your role and are interested in building out new business in the National market.

You have prior management experience, preferably managing recruiters.

You enjoy working in a close-knit team, have a positive mindset, and have a work hard play hard mentality.

What We Offer Competitive base salary (Minimum $50,000-$70,000 depending on experience), we offer an uncapped commission structure with no draws/thresholds.
