Job Description

Princeton Orthopaedic Associates is looking for a Business Office Assistant to join our outstanding team! We are dedicated to provide extraordinary care to the community in a friendly, relaxed, fun and healthy environment.

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
  • Manage supply inventory/orders
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets
  • Represents the practice in a professional, upbeat, customer-focused manner

Competencies / Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrates ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with a proven track record of results
  • Possesses strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with excellent self-discipline and patience
  • Time management skills and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
