We are currently looking for qualified and motivated individuals to join us as office assistants. Play a key role in our practice as as you will be the first interaction that patients will have with us. Our goal is to deliver the highest quality care with respect and courtesy to all our patients.
Responsibilities include answering phones, making appointments, working with insurance and vision plan eligibility and billing, filing, inventory and tidying up work / patient encounter areas.
Opportunities to advance include training to become an ophthalmic technician for those interested and qualified.
This opportunity can be full or part time depending on our mutual needs.
No experience is required, but prior office or customer service experience is helpful and welcome. College students welcome to apply!
