Job Description

Final Clean is a family-owned new home construction cleaning company with around 40 employees. We specialize in post-construction cleaning all over the St. Louis area to make sure the homes are ready for new homeowners to move in!

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has bookkeeping experience, and has good computer knowledge. The tasks will vary from day to day, so is to keep up with what needs to be done, staying organized, and having good people skills is a must! We are looking to hire long-term for this position.

This job would include a variety of tasks, making each day different. Some examples include:
  • Scheduling tasks and moving schedules accordingly
  • Navigating Builder portals and being able to keep billing information current and accurate
  • Keeping office supplies current
  • Forwarding emails
  • Gathering hours for payroll and keeping track of employee attendance
  • Keeping internal documents current
  • Keeping up personnel files

Software Requirements Include:
  • Quickbooks
  • Microsoft Office
  • Google Drive and Google applications
