Experian Software Solutions (ESS) is responsible for building an innovative and market leading global portfolio of software products, focused on Analytics, Decisioning and Fraud use cases. ESS software unlocks the value of data for our clients.

The Strategic Execution and Operational Excellence team is seeking outstanding people to realize the vision of ESS. In the Operations Analyst you will provide operational support to the team to increase the efficiency, quality and effectiveness of delivering on our commitments. This will include executive management reporting, collaboration tools implementation and support, and organizing regular Quarterly Business Review meetings with the regions we serve.

Responsibilities

1. Operating Model and Operating Rhythms

• Maintain version control over the ESS Operating Model reference documents.
• Maintain the central ESS Operating Rhythms schedule.
• Coordinate regular ESS and regional meetings such as the regional Quarterly Business Reviews.

2. ESS and Team Reporting

• Coordinate regular reporting to the ESS leadership team and extended leadership team from across ESS.
• Coordinate regular reporting to the regions we serve on ESS service delivery.
• Support Strategic Execution and Operational Excellence team reporting to stakeholders in ESS and the regions.

3. Tools and Support

• Manage the setup of MS Teams groups, Sharepoint sites, Confluence sites, Mural licenses, and other collaboration tools.
• Support folder structures to encourage collaboration while managing access to sensitive information.
• Manage M&A and other knowledge groups for ESS.

4. Regional and Governance Team Collaboration

• Be an ambassador for ESS in all interactions with the regional teams we serve.

5. Other

• As a member of the Strategic Execution and Operational Excellence team, support activities as necessary to deliver on our collective responsibilities.
• Apply flexibility in managing own time to work effectively with teams across multiple timezones

• Highly organized and structured in approach.
• Proactive, collaborative approach and a strong team player.
• Running of workshops and capturing outcomes.
• Management reporting and creating dashboards.
• Project management skills.
• Using collaboration technologies such as MS Teams, Confluence, Sharepoint and Mural.
• Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Required Experience

• 3-5 years experience in areas such as operations and project management.
• Experience of working in a multinational environment.
• Experience working in a dynamic technology company.
• Experience with technology engineering, technology risk management or information security, an advantage
• Familiarity with Experian’s policies, standards and governance framework, an advantage.
• Familiarity with risk management and controls, an advantage.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
