With a focus on the research and development of autologous cellular therapy, our client has developed the first system on the market that allows users to regulate and select a desired cell type through a patented collection window and integrated ultra-filtration system. Their products are leading the way in integrated ultra-filtration systems that allow for the processing of bone marrow, peripheral blood, and growth factors at the point of care.

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our client's stem cell technology and medical device company, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and adherence to company policies.

Here are some of the exciting responsibilities you'll have as an Operations Manager:

  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate cost-effective contracts
  • Lead team training and development
  • Oversee supply chain management and inventory control
  • Ensure seamless project and operations integration across multiple departments
  • Solve problems across various software platforms such as Salesforce, Intacct and Qstock

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Experience with software platforms such as Qstock, Salesforce, and Intacct
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience in Manufacturing Operations
  • Healthcare Industry experience a plus
