Strategy Manager
Role and Responsibilities
- Project management of new location go-lives from sale closure to go-live
- Develop a system to rapidly operationalize new office locations, ground up start-ups and acquisitions.
- Structure and develop a team to rapidly start up new office locations
- Work closely with the business development team on timing of construction, go-live date, transfer of communication from the sale to operations.
- Work closely with the enrollment/credentialing department to ensure all providers are enrolled and credentialed with payers prior to go-live.
- Work with the marketing and sales team to develop a launch marketing plan for B2C and B2B
- Process improvement of go-live process (Innovation and Automation)
- Work with the operations leadership team on office process changes and new service lines
- Work with the performance and training team to develop a training program for new offices
- Oversee knowledge transfer and a smooth transition post go-live to Site Manager
- Cultivates leadership and coaching skills by training, mentoring, and providing support to assigned go-live team.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Experience in software/service line implementation or new location startups preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare required
Master’s degree preferred
Project management certification required
