At Clewner and Kelly Eye Center, we are looking for an Ophthalmic Technician to join our growing team! Ideally, you will have at least 2-3 years of experience as a technician in a successful ophthalmology practice, and having your certification is a big plus! Our team works very closely together, so the ability to work well with others, eagerness to learn, and a focus on patient care is key.

As an ophthalmic technician in our state-of-the-art practice, you will be:

• Experienced in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Efficient and accurate at interviewing patients and documenting histories.
• Able to ensure charts are updated and accurate.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of eye anatomy, disease, and ocular medications.
• Experienced with HVF, Lensometry, Keratometry, Tonometry, Visual Fields, Amslers,
• Muscle Fields, Pupil Exams, and Refracting.
• Proficient with EMR computer programs.

The successful candidate will have experience with

• Refractions
• checking vision, identifying chief complaint
• IOP
• various diagnostic tests (Fundus photos, OCT, Visuals)
