Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Grandview, Ohio (onsite)
$18.00-$20.00 per hour

What you’ll be doing:
- This position is about growth, and we are looking for outstanding employees who want a long-term opportunity
- This role will be responsible for the full sales cycle (prospecting, qualifying, closing, maintaining, etc.) of companies’ textbook solutions into targeted geographical areas
- In this role you will perform high volume outbound call campaigns, handle inbound calls, and take full ownership of the accounts
- You will also be responsible for administrative duties
Who we’re looking for:
- Customer service and/or sales experience (past candidates have not had specific sales experience and that is ok moving forward too)
- Proficient computer skills (10-key, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer)
- Professional phone, interpersonal, and written communication skills
- Ability to build a relationship with a customer and establish credibility
- Effectively convey the companies’ brand in all their communications
- Organized, detailed, and able to multitask to meet goals and customer expectations
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management software a plus
- Experience in the K12 educational environment and or book trade a plus
