• This role will be responsible for the full sales cycle (prospecting, qualifying, closing, maintaining, etc.) of companies’ textbook solutions into targeted geographical areas
• In this role you will perform high volume outbound call campaigns, handle inbound calls, and take full ownership of the accounts
• You will also be responsible for administrative duties

• Customer service and/or sales experience (past candidates have not had specific sales experience and that is ok moving forward too)
• Proficient computer skills (10-key, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer)
• Professional phone, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Ability to build a relationship with a customer and establish credibility
• Effectively convey the companies’ brand in all their communications
• Organized, detailed, and able to multitask to meet goals and customer expectations
• Proficiency with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management software a plus
• Experience in the K12 educational environment and or book trade a plus
