Job Description

We are currently hiring a Payroll and T&E Coordinator in Boston, MA (Hybrid) .

The Payroll and T&E Coordinator position is responsible for timely and accurate processing of T&E expense reports, as well as supporting the payroll and accounting teams in administrative tasks.

What You'll Brew :

  • T&E Processing
    • Shared audit responsibility of T&E Expense Reports, ensuring approvals in a timely manner
    • Reviewing open expense reports for adherence to the Travel & Expense Policy and Guidelines, as well as reporting and addressing policy violations
    • Shared responsibility of managing the company’s American Express program, reviewing and approving new card applications, and closing accounts for terminated coworkers
    • Ad Hoc reporting and audit responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing
    • Process and Audit new hire and employee change forms submitted by People & Culture
    • Prepare and process garnishments
    • Perform other administrative payroll related tasks, maintaining a strict code of confidentiality
  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Support the team’s ad hoc projects

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Degree or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word. Should be comfortable with computer applications in general
  • Proven ability to handle multiple, detailed tasks with differing priorities and deadlines simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong analytical approach to problem solving, ability to examine problems from different perspectives and contexts
  • Knowledge of basic mathematics and business concepts
