Phone Operator

Hiring Immediately** AM/PM Shifts available

We are a busy transportation company seeking a dedicated and professional Car Service Phone Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling transportation for customers, and working closely with dispatchers and drivers to ensure timely and efficient service.

* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.12 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Brooklyn, NY: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
