Political Field Organizer Summary:
This is an Entry to Mid level position in the field of campaign politics & political consulting. Field Organizers will use their strong communication skills to communicate directly with critical voters to ensure voters make it out to vote in upcoming elections.
Prior political experience is not required but preferred. A career in this field will require travel as competitive campaigns are rarely centered around your local neighborhood. Ideal candidates will have experience in positions that require direct communication with customers, clients, or the general public such as sales, marketing, and customer service. People that rise quickly in this field are self-starters and do not require constant oversight. This is a fast paced, high stress field, but this is a career where you can make your own destiny.
Successful Field Organizers will have opportunities to immediately work on the highest-profile campaigns across the country and continue over the course of the 2024 election cycle if they are interested.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation
Personable and willing to engage voters
Ability to be outside knocking on doors on a daily basis.
Must pass a background check and be authorized to work in the US
Sales, customer service, field, or campaign experience is preferred but not required
