Responsibilities

 Obtain necessary inks from inventory, return unused inks based on traveler and
schedule
 Check Ink viscosities, and maintain/adjust Inks to meet visual specifications
 Wash down inking stations with minimal downtime and waste
 Assist Press Operator with Changeover (safely run flushes, change inks, change dr
blades, etc.)
 Perform basic film & print quality checks. Notify the Operator of any discrepancies
 Select the correct film - Gauge/Width
 Assist in safely loading/removing plain or printed film using hoisting equipment.
 Check the treatment of mill roll, load & unload roll properly
 Perform housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe work area
