As a process consultant mid or senior on our CX Channels Engagements team, you’ll research project features and services. You'll recommend improvements to our one-way customer interactions across our web, mobile app, and digital communications channels. In this role, you'll identify and recommend process or technology improvements by investigating business processes, identifying customer needs, researching competitors and industry trends, and understanding business area goals. You'll also create project plans and contribute to project documentation. Additionally, you'll leverage concepts such as prototyping, demonstrations, focus groups, pilots, workflows, surveys, risk assessments and customer scenarios to ensure the successful creation and adoption of process and technology improvements.

This is a remote position.

Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or a related field of study (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Management, Sales, HR) and a minimum of two years' of work experience in a comparable field/role (e.g., process design/redesign, technical)
  • In lieu of the above, Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or a related field of study (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Management, Sales, HR) with one year internal work experience in a comparable field/role and successful completion of the LEAP internship.
  • In lieu of the above, a minimum of four years of experience in a process design/redesign or technical role.

Preferred skills

  • Experience with requesting and understanding customer behavior data, while being able to identify problems and opportunities, gather information, interpret information, evaluate alternatives and risks, and choose effective options
  • Ability to write and prepare business and user experience requirements, process flows, and formal presentations
  • Strong organizational and self-management skills with the ability to multi-task, set priorities, follow up on open items, great attention to detail, and able to manage timelines independently or with limited supervision
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization including senior management and business leaders

Compensation

  • $56,000 - $90,000/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare bonus up to 24-30% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
