J.P. Morgan Wealth Management seeks a proven executive with Product Owner expertise to develop vision for and guide the implementation of the end-to-end experience for US Wealth Management Advisors

The experienced will need to be intuitive while fully arming advisors with the right tools to help build strong advisor-led client relationships. The Owner of Advisor and Servicing Desktop will report to the General Manager (GM) of Advisor Initiated Experiences for J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

Job Summary

You have extensive experience in developing seamless advisor and service journeys, a strong track record in attracting and retaining high performing teams, and in-depth industry knowledge. Experience with shaping, building and managing advisor desktop consisting of and / or seamlessly linking to a comprehensive set of tools such as CRM, account opening, money movement, servicing, etc. is essential.

You will be known for their ability to execute in cross functional organizations, with the confidence to act quickly and decisively, when needed. In addition to creating a strong product culture, this person will be comfortable working closely with advisors, service professionals, technology, design and their respective leadership teams to execute the strategic product direction and adoption. In addition, while this role will focus on JPM Wealth Management, and they will partner closely with the Global Private Bank as well.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Guide and execute the strategic product direction and vision
  • Define and execute advisor and servicing desktop redesign roadmap
  • Partner across the wealth spectrum, focusing on implementing solutions that could work for multiple business channels, including the Global Private Bank
  • Partner closely with advisors and service professionals to create compelling solutions that will increase productivity and differentiate JPMWM from its competitors
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape
  • Guide disciplined performance management by clearly defining goals/priorities and tracking key performance indicators.
  • Attract, develop and retain a high-performing product organization to deliver in an agile work environment
  • Work closely with Product Owners partners (e.g., technology, design, data, legal, risk, and compliance) and key stakeholders to ensure that work is aligned, prioritized consistently, and delivers a cohesive experience
  • Establish strong relationships with senior leaders, advisors, and client service teams to develop solutions that meet their needs and implement a flexible framework that can adapt to feedback

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • 10+ years' experience in leading products, with significant experience in Wealth Management across the wealth spectrum
  • Comfortable working across multiple Wealth Management business channels, including the Global Private Bank
  • Experience driving strategic change on digital platforms or relevant work experience in product management, strategy and transformation
  • Ability to generate excitement around a new product or digital capability
  • Proven track record of delivery and ability to deliver across the product life cycle, from conception to execution
  • Familiar with agile methodology and similar processes
  • Skilled at navigating complex organizations
