Job Description

Support Production Coordinators meet account expectations and requirements
Strong communication skills with internal teams and overseas partners
Packages: inbound and outbound to accounts and or vendors
PO’s & HFC’s: creation and maintenance
WIP’s: creation and maintenance with up-to-date information
Production library: Keep area organized with a 6-month turnaround time of latest production
Quick learner
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel with strong skills to navigate through software systems
All other duties as assigned by management
Fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
