Your Role:

An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join the company as St. Louis Project Controller. As a key business partner, you will steer data-driven decisions and drive financials results while supporting a high growth manufacturing site within our network. You ensure costs are well managed and support the end goal of delivering on our growth strategy while also aligning to internal controls. You support major CapEx investment initiatives through case support, financial evaluations, and mentorship through our investment approval process. The role coordinates project-related tasks in support of the St. Louis Campus and US LS Controlling. You maintain a wide array of financial analytics including output performance, compensation analysis, variance analysis, budget v. actuals, and efficiency performance. You have a strong ability to analyze financial data and communicate key message to steer site leadership and influence results.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5+ years of financial analyst/accounting/ or manufacturing environment experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Self-starter, autonomous individual who can drive solutions on a wide-array of challenging topics
  • Strong communication skill with ability to influence decision makers
  • Experience in supporting projects related to finance & controlling concepts
  • Financial process improvement mind-set
  • Executive level communication skill
  • Manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and strong business partnering
