Job Description

The Project Manager will be part of the Strategic Initiatives Project Team within Technology under Institutional Client Group (ICG). The WLCR (Wholesale Lending Credit Risk) program is a multi-year strategy that will transform the front-to-back service model for Credit Risk for our global Wholesale Loans portfolio. Building a single ecosystem that fully supports the wholesale loans lifecycle, meets the demand of the businesses, and satisfies regulatory obligations. The role involves partnering with key internal stakeholders across the organization with focus on developing our People, Communication & Change Management agendas, critical to WLCR success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the People agenda for 1500+ employees globally, recruiting volunteers and partnering with internal teams and initiatives, to introduce innovative and measurable projects to improve employee morale and productivity, driving up VOE (Voice of the Employee) metrics and aligning with Citi Core Values
  • Define and drive the global organization communication strategy for the group, partnering with the Business Office, Chief of Staff and Communication teams to heighten transparency, on overall organizational strategy and execution, leveraging central reporting tools as needed and eliminating redundancy.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative data assessments to identify and formulate opportunities to streamline processes and standardize best practices on ‘How We Work’, supported with pioneering marketing strategies and documentation to drive adoption of change, leveraging intuitive self-serving methods to teams globally
  • Collaborate with senior management to generate global reporting frameworks and KPIs, publishing consistently to drive accountability and heighten awareness across the organizational pillars, tailoring and framing messages accordingly across all levels and departments
  • Managing multiple initiative implementations by creating clear executable paths with meaningful outcomes, driving Working group sessions with stakeholders, providing thought leadership where required to keep activities organized, on track and strategy aligned.
  • Facilitate and manage logistics of global events for the organization (townhalls, offsites, deep dives, social, networking, etc), working with internal partners on agenda, materials, speakers, logistics, catering, travel, budget, Q&A sessions/surveys to ensure a consistent, informative, and smooth experience for all attendees

  • Strategic thinker with proven ability to operationalize strategy, innovate and manage change
  • Proficient use with MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Confluence, TEAMS

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in Project Management/Change Management in Financial Services or equivalent preferred
  • Marketing background preferred
