POSITION: Property Auditor/Desk Reviewer (Contractor Position)

As a Property Auditor, you will be reviewing or writing estimates, supplements, photos and other appraisal related materials. You will play a vital role in maintaining the quality of our estimates. The role will work closely with the Audit Supervisor to follow IAnet and Customer audit guidelines and standards.

JOB BRIEF: Under general supervision this role will be require review of property appraisals and files for IAnet.

What You’ll Do:

· Review estimates, supplements, photos and total loss forms for accuracy and thoroughness

· Request revisions or corrections from appraisers as needed

· Manage an active audit queue workload with multiple insurance carrier partners

· Follow-up with pending files daily

· Utilize negotiation skills for repair processes and agreed repair prices with repair facilities.

· Maintain professional correspondence with clients always, including explanations of estimate review/audit results

· Maintain professional correspondence with appraisers for educational purposes designed to reduce repeat errors on appraisals

· Assist with questions from internal staff members and encourage peer training

· Assist with incoming telephone calls

· Obtain and maintain appropriate licensing, training and high-quality standards

· Work in a team-oriented environment and assist in other audit queues as needed

· Adapt to a changing work environment, expect growth from self and think outside of the box at a fast-paced, growing company

What You Have:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong heavy equipment appraisal and review technical skills
  • 2 years + minimum experience as Property auditor, appraiser, or reviewer
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle changing priorities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Testing & Background check required
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
