• Deep familiarity with crypto not required, but ideally they wouldn’t have to start from scratch for explaining things.
• They touch really exciting crypto topics like MEV, CEX/DEX arbitrage, etc.

Requirements :

• Master's or PhD in Mathematics, physics, computer science, engineering, econometrics OR 5+ years of experience in a HFT firm
• Experience in a high frequency trading firm like DRW, Citadel, Jump Trading, etc
• Strong experience with traditional statistical learning models and methodology, as well as cutting-edge machine learning
• Rigorous mathematical background and the ability to mathematically model phenomenon on blockchains in a trading context
• Strong programming skills, and an understanding of the software engineering lifecycle
• Experience with tools like Git, and dexterity with the command line
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and interest in crypto. Prior experience in crypto is preferred but not required.
