DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

· Active California Department of Real Estate salesperson or broker license

· An established track record of successful residential and/or commercial real estate sales/leasing experience

· Entrepreneurial mindset

· High level of work ethic, determination and motivation to succeed

· Excellent communication skills

· Ability to make and keep relationships in the market

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $95,905.28 - $115,498.84 per year

Schedule:

  • Choose your own hours

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Los Angeles, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Real Estate License (Required)
