Responsibilities:
-Perform a wide variety of clerical and administrative tasks to meet executives business and personal needs
-Arrange meeting logistics as needed, including the use and set up of conference calls, webinars, video conferences, etc.
-Coordinate all staff travel arrangements; include booking all travel needs and accommodations. As well as generate travel itineraries
-Manage and maintain executive calendars in Outlook
-Set up and schedule a wide variety of appointments and meetings
- Perform extensive research using the Internet and other methods for business or personal needs and initiatives
-Ability to successfully prioritize and provide accurate and timely follow up on all projects, tasks, and correspondence
-Maintain a professional appearance that represents the company and the executive in a positive manner
-Flexible schedule availability!
Qualifications:
-Minimum of one year
-Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
-Strong ability to take direction, but also exercise independent thought and judgment, while proactively performing assigned tasks
-Ability to look beyond the immediate task to anticipate future need or requirements
-Clear, concise and polished communication skills
-Strong organizational skills, including task prioritization with minimal supervision.
