Job Description

Southwest Decor specializes in commercial window treatments and is looking to hire a highly motivated, dependable, and detail oriented Receptionist Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate can thrive in a fast-paced environment and is able to multitask with ease.

  • Bilingual is highly desirable, but not required
  • Knowledge in Construction Industry preferred, but not required
  • THIS IS NOT A REMOTE WORK POSITION. Candidates must report to office location
  • Hours of operation are Monday - Thursday 8am - 4pm and Friday 8am - 2pm
  • Must complete skills assessment to be considered

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Answering incoming calls, obtaining detailed information, and directing callers to the appropriate team
  • Copying, distributing and filing daily job reports
  • Printing plans and specifications as needed by Sales Team
  • Inputting data for quotes with 100% accuracy
  • Preparing and compiling required documents for scheduling and installations
  • Monitoring shipping and scheduling delivery of shipments
  • Logging all shipments received and reporting any damages
  • Assembling contract files and submittal packages
  • Performing other tasks and duties necessary to support the Sales Team

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

  • Office and warehouse setting requiring continual sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, and/ or lifting/ moving up to 25 pounds
  • Exposure to moderate noise level
  • Fast paced, deadline-driven, and ever changing work setting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
