We are a small business based in Richfield that provides orthotics and prosthetics (custom bracing and artificial limbs) to patients throughout Central Utah. We strive for personalized patient care by creating a strong team relationship with local doctors and physical therapists. Our patients love the friendly but professional relationships we maintain with them.
We are looking for someone who is a great team worker, self motivated, uses their time efficiently, detail-oriented, and friendly while interacting with patients and the doctors/physical therapists with which we are partnered. There are opportunities for growth within the business as our company grows and expands.
POSITION INFO & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-$10/hour starting salary, with room for raises after training period.
-3/4 time, future full-time availability. Monday - Thursday, most Fridays off.
-Need to be able to travel on Thursdays to Mt. Pleasant.
-Answer phone calls and directing calls to appropriate staff members
-Greet patients and visitors
-Collect new patient information
-Scheduling appointments & maintaining daily calendar of appointments
-Answering general insurance coverage questions
-Managing patient files and updating patient records as needed
-Sort faxes
-Manage patient work-in-progress system to ensure timely care for our patients
-Collect payments as needed
