The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for recruiting exempt and non-exempt administrative, technical, clerical, professional and clinical positions for assigned departments throughout BayCare Health System

Responsibilities

  • Works in collaboration with assigned hiring managers to perform full life cycle recruitment functions.
  • Participates in developing and implementing sourcing strategy, screening, scheduling and conducting behavioral based Conducts salary negotiations, extends offers and coordinates the on-boarding of new hires
  • Presents screened candidates to hiring authorities with summary and outline of experiences as well as alignment to BayCare cultural fit
  • Ensures ownership of the recruitment process and takes ownership of each hire to our system
  • Interviews prior to presenting candidates to hiring authority. Provides recommendations on "best fit" candidates.
  • This position will be a high volume, recruiting role, recruiting for Nurse Helpers and Nursing Programs.
  • Applicants must live in the state of Florida.
  • Training would take onsite at the BayCare System Office in Clearwater, Florida

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of professional recruiting experience or 1 year of experience as a BayCare Recruiting Specialist
  • 8 years of recruiting experience with High School Diploma/GED in lieu of Bachelor's degree
