Description:
• Provides full-time support to the Resident Engineer in the administration of the contract. • Supports the contract change process, including monitoring and tracking of field issues, changes, and disputes. • Candidate shall also be knowledgeable and have experience with setting up and maintaining project files, writing construction change orders, processing required documents and progress payments, Prevailing Wage Laws and Regulations, monitoring and enforcement of labor compliance, and subcontracting laws and policies. • Candidate must also have experience electronic construction management software programs, including Procore, Unifier, Primavera, etc., and other computer software programs, including Microsoft Office and Adobe.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1. Possession of a bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, planning, or landscape architecture; 2. Three (3) years verifiable professional engineering experience; Infrastructure experience in the public right of way is a plus; 3. Possession of a valid certificate as an Engineer-in-Training is a plus. Required Skills: 1. Ability to multi-task 2. Meets deadlines 3.
