Residential Working Maintenance Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Indianapolis,IN

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Residential Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our residential maintenance team. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience in property maintenance. The selected candidate will have a unique opportunity to help build out their own maintenance team in a stable start up environment that provides ample amounts of upward growth in the future in other management roles!

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of maintenance technicians in the repair and maintenance of residential properties.
  • Plan and prioritize daily work orders for the maintenance team to ensure all work is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems as needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify areas in need of repair or improvement.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance outside of the scope of the maintenance team.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure all maintenance work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 plus years of experience in residential property maintenance.
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other residential systems.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priority work orders.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
