CUMULUS MEDIA | Atlanta is searching for an experienced FT Sales Associate provides internal support across all departmental areas to facilitate the full sales cycle workflow. The Sales Associate will also contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships, prospecting opportunities and ensuring a smooth sales workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Works with the Sales Executives to provide sales support required to support the needs of the customer and internal teams.
• The sales associate will coordinate with internal departments to help set priorities, identify needs, and discuss what is needed and the timeline required.
• Produce and manage monthly customer sales performance reports.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses, and relevant problems.
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments to assist as needed with customer setup forms, credit checks, and workflow in various systems to ensure all paperwork is in order to process contracts
• Participate in Sales meetings, Promotional Meetings, client sponsored events, and company meetings as required and needed.
• Prospect SMB’s for Digital Opportunities
