Job Description

Our Client is hiring for an Entry Level Sales Representative in their Springfield, IL & Surrounding locations. This is considered an immediate hire position, and would be looking to onboard qualified individuals after the new year.

Our client at this time is only looking to fulfill full time, the hours would be 42 hours per week, weekend hours are included in that. Shift availability they are looking for are between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. not working a full 12 hour shift but must have availability between those times since our client partners with retail venders.

Experience is a major positive in any position, but our client provides hourly paid on the job training and you will be assigned to a campaign trainer to assist you through the first 90 days of your employment if hired on. Past experience we look for are in fields of retail, sales, marketing, or customer service.

This position is responsible for approaching, addressing, and answering questions from customers, as well as closing sales. This position will handle a high volume of customer interactions daily in a retail setting. Must be able to work a POS system. Outgoing personnel wanted to fill this opening. All candidates must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be able to relate to a wide variety of people.

To recap the entry level sales role:

• Full time open availability including weekends ( must be open between the hours or 8 am to 8 pm and an 8 hour shift will be assigned to you.
• Weekly compensation + commission ( our average reps take home anywhere from 1000 to 2000 weekly all in. BASE + COMMISSION
• Base Salary is offered weekly between 600 - 800 per week
• Hourly paid on the job training for your first 30 days
• Daily Expectations of approaching customers in our clients vender locations to assist with any needs such as answering questions, de-escalating any issues, promoting products, services, and increasing sales.

• Must have reliable transportation
