Job Description

Are you a talented line or prep cook or maybe a sandwich artist looking to expand your skills? Sunflour Baking Company wants you at our Dilworth location located at 220 East Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28203! We need pros who can handle everything from our busy sandwich line to washing dishes and everything in between. We’re busy and we’re fun!

Successful candidates will:

· Have at least 1 year experience working in a line or prep position in a busy kitchen

· Be able to work well with others under pressure

· Understand and implement kitchen sanitation, safety and cleaning protocols

· Be reliable and consistently show up on time, ready to work

Requirements:

· Able to lift 50 pounds

· Able to stand for long periods of time

· Working availability between 6 am to 2 pm (opening) or 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (closing) but can vary based on candidates availabilty and store needs

Additional qualifications we would like to see:

· Supervisory experience

· Baking or pastry knowledge

· Menu development

· Servsafe, HACCP and any other regulatory qualifications

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
