Job Description
Qualifications:
All candidates shall meet FL licensing requirements and be fully capable of protecting property against the hazards of fire, theft, damage, accident, or trespass; maintaining law and order; protecting lives, or other duties as required herein of a similar nature.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to stand for long periods with few breaks.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to twist, squat, and bend over without physical limitations.
- Ability to perform patrols including walking long distances and going up and down stairs.
- Ability to protect yourself or others in the event of a physical disturbance.
- Must be comfortable working in conditions that range from Summer heat to Winter conditions.
- Open availability without restraints due to other part-time jobs etc.
- Minimum of 1-year experience.
- If a non-US Citizen valid working permit.
- Reliable Transportation.
- Able to pass a physical exam/drug screen and a federal background investigation.
- Must have a clean criminal background/record.
- Must be in good health, without mental or physical defects or abnormalities which will interfere with the performance of arduous duties or the exercise of prudent judgment in difficult and trying circumstances.
Licenses or Certifications:
- Driver’s license (Required).
- Reliable working vehicle (Required).
- Class D Security License.

- Capacidad para realizar patrullas que incluyen caminar largas distancias y subir y bajar escaleras.
- Capacidad para protegerse a sí mismo o a otros en caso de una perturbación física.
- Debe sentirse cómodo trabajando en condiciones que van desde el calor del verano hasta las condiciones del invierno.
- Disponibilidad abierta sin restricciones debido a otros trabajos a tiempo parcial, etc.
- Experiencia mínima de 1 año.
- Si no es ciudadano estadounidense, permiso de trabajo válido.
- Transporte confiable.
- Capaz de pasar un examen físico/prueba de drogas y una investigación federal de antecedentes.
- Debe tener antecedentes/antecedentes penales limpios.
- Debe gozar de buena salud, sin defectos o anormalidades mentales o físicas que interfieran con el desempeño de deberes arduos, o el ejercicio del juicio prudente en circunstancias difíciles.
Licencias o Certificaciones:
- Licencia de conducir (Requerido).
- Vehículo de trabajo confiable (requerido).
- Licencia de Seguridad Clase D.
