Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Bethesda, MD
Duration: Full Time

Job Description:

7+ years of experience in Business Analysis – Should have liaised with Business Partners closely and should have good experience writing stories.
Agile methodologies and project management experience.
Product Owner/Product Manager experience is Plus.
Prefer Hospitality Domain experience.
Work with various Business units and Application Partners within the organization to gather requirements effectively.
Drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
Serve as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.
Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
Determine and develop user requirements for reservation products, to ensure maximum usability.

Work with Technical Teams to translate Business Requirements into Technical Requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Work Location: One location
