Our mission is to enable awareness, trust and conversion of GetYourGuide products by marketing through influential and relevant partner brands. We aspire to deliver more unforgettable travel memories to more customers by establishing GetYourGuide as the world's #1 affiliate marketing solution in the tours and attractions space. This position enables GetYourGuide to efficiently drive brand visibility and revenue while diversifying marketing revenue from other channels. The Strategic Partnership team works with industry leaders in online travel, loyalty, online publishers, transport and accommodation.

This role can be based in our New York City, Miami, or Berlin office.

You will:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for large enterprise partners, including qualifying leads, presenting proposals, negotiating terms, developing commercial offers, finalizing contracts, and closing deals.
  • Develop and implement a lead generation strategy, innovative commercial frameworks, processes, and playbooks to drive efficiencies and improve business development outcomes.
  • Identify and evaluate potential affiliate and brand building partnerships, including conducting market research and competitive analysis.
  • Establish best practices and protocols for data entry and management within the CRM system, and training team members on these processes.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on lead generation and sales performance, based on data collected within the CRM system.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and cultivate new partnership opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continually refine partnership strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Through discovery and strategic planning, identify product and tech requirements for new and/or existing strategic partner verticals and collaborate with Business Operations, Account Management and Partner Tech to develop strategies to ensure resources are available for a seamless integration process and a timely launch plan.
  • Take an active role in organizing and leading team events to promote a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally up to 20% of working time.

Who you are

  • You are based in Miami or willing to relocate. We operate on a hybrid work model and value in person interaction in the office 2-3 days per week.
  • You have 5+ years prior experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, ideally in Affiliate Marketing, Travel, Tech and/or SaaS industries.
  • You have strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, you are data-driven, result-oriented, radically customer-centric, persistent and reliable in execution.
  • You have outstanding communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both internal & external stakeholders.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, where being eager to learn and quickly implement feedback is crucial.
  • You have a strong understanding of the importance of networking and relationship building in a business development role, with a focus on nurturing long-term partnerships.
  • You are determined and operate with steady resilience, are committed to doing great work, and are creative in finding, building, and executing solutions that solve partners' needs and delivering against GetYourGuide topline strategic objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Salary range: The reasonably estimated salary for this role ranges from $101,000 - $107,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
