Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, assembly, documentation, testing and troubleshooting of electronic circuits and systems from prototype to production assemblies
• Component level circuit design and troubleshooting
• CAD schematic capture
• Laboratory electrical measurement techniques
• Circuit simulation with SPICE or equivalent
• Troubleshooting down to the component level
• Cabling and harness documentation and fabrication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or relevant field, Master's degree is preferred
• +5 years’ experience with hardware design for embedded systems for industrial application, EV Charging background is plus
• Excellent knowledge in reading and drawing schematics using Althium/OrCAD;
• Excellent knowledge of main communication bus protocol (Ethernet PHY, USB, SPI, UART, I2C, ecc...);
• Good knowledge of microcontroller/microprocessor architecture; C code writing is a plus
• Knowledge of main EMC issues in the process of product validation;
• Good knowledge of laboratory instrumentations like oscilloscopes, logic analyzer and programmers;
• Board bring-up and basic software/firmware for component validation is a plus
• Competence in writing documentation, technical specifications, algorithms and procedures regarding product development and validation;
• Competence in define coherent timings and in activity organization;
