Job Description:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be in a dual role within the ETS organization. He/She will lead infrastructure projects with low to medium uniqueness, limited cross functional impact and limited system span. He/She will develop project plans, risk analysis, training plans, communication plans, etc to ensure project success. He/She will assist with establishing project budget scope, timeline for low to medium complexity projects. Facilitates regular cross-functional team calls and accountable for overall initiative success. Produce weekly status report to key stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops project plan and drives project milestones
- Spearhead and manage all projects through all projects phases from initiation to closure
- Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures
- Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, and project planning skills
- Apply risk management assessment in project planning / ongoing execution and resolves issues and conflicts associated with management of low to medium size project efforts.
- Role will be required to handle up to 5 low to medium size project simultaneously
- Triages incoming project requests, elicits detailed information from clients, connects appropriate resources for project requests and owns the navigation and follow-up of the request though our service delivery pipeline.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years project management experience including management of medium complex projects with medium cross-functional teams
- Experience in waterfall, Agile and hybrid methodologies, and project management tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or Asana
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- PMI – PMP or PgMP preferred
