Overview:
The individual filling this role will join a team of skilled professionals that are tasked with the development, delivery, and administration of PNNLs enterprise learning programs that focus on worker safety and health, nuclear safety, environmental compliance, emergency management, radiological protection, facilities and operations management, safeguards and security, and business services.

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of projects and tasks associated with the training support group. This includes coordinating with the training support manager as you:
- Define project objectives.
- Build cohesive teams.
- Coordinate team members efforts.
- Oversee quality control of deliverables.
- Steward process improvements.
- Coordinate third-party resources.
- Influence positive outcomes.
The candidate filling this role must possess superior networking abilities, excellent communications skills, be a competent problem-solver, possess an ability to manage in a change filled environment, and be able to juggle various competing priorities at any given time. Specific responsibilities include ensuring consistency with organizational strategy, commitments, and goals while effectively:
- Coordinating deliverables related to process improvements and infrastructure related to training.
- Delivering on objectives and overseeing quality control of procedures and processes related to training.
- Staying abreast of and reporting on project/task details.

Minimum Qualifications:
- BS/BA and 7+ years of experience -OR-
- MS/MA or higher and 5+ years of relevant project management experience
