Join the global leader in GPU solutions, NVIDIA, as a Senior Rebate Systems Analyst! This exciting opportunity allows you to impact pricing operations strategy, design a robust rebate management system, and automate claim validations. You'll lead discussions with business owners and collaborate with various teams to drive organizational change and process harmonization.
What you'll be doing:
  • You will have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of NVIDIA’s products, go-to-market strategies and to significantly impact associated pricing operations strategy.
  • Design a robust rebate management system and provide guidance, working with program managers, sales admins, finance, and IT in implementing the systems.
  • Automate claim validations by working on projects related to customer and product aliasing from various sources.
  • Lead discussions among business owners to understand current problem statements, capture requirements and recommend solutions for automation.
  • Proactively handle data maintenance, understand system issues, coordinate testing of systems changes and provide regular post launch support.
  • Drive and implement organizational change and process harmonization working with global account managers, sales operations, pricing, finance, and order management teams during pricing/rebating system rollout.
What we need to see:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years’ experience working with pricing, rebate systems and advanced business/pricing models, complex data management, reporting, data analysis and modeling in high tech
  • Knowledge of SAP, Vistex and/or other rebate management systems
  • Track record for implementing process improvements and automation of manual processes
  • Ability to critically analyze situations through a business and a technical lens to come up with solutions for complex problems
  • Self-motivated, passionate about improving sales user experience, enjoys working with business partners, takes initiative working on enhancements
  • Outstanding business aptitude, analytical skills, and a strong inclination for critical thinking

The base salary range is $88,000 - $143,750. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
