What You Will Achieve
Working with Pfizer’s dynamic engineering team, you will play a critical role in the management of manufacturing information systems to improve manufacturing success rates and ensuring zero down time.
As an Sr Automation System Analyst your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams. It is your hard work and dedication that will make Pfizer ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.
How You Will Achieve It
- Contribute to the completion of projects, manage own time on agreed targets, develop plans for own projects and leads small project teams.
- Monitor, generate and complete the periodic review, validation master plan for the automation engineering program.
- Demonstrate good planning, organizing, time management and team participation skills.
- Responsible for routine and preventive maintenance work, ensure all the equipment and facilities work safely, efficiently, and reliably.
- Generate and develop standard operating procedures and system support.
- Manage change control authoring and execution.
- Communicating and collaborating with operations and automation engineers to perform user account reviews and Audit trail reviews
- Updating Data Integrity Assessments and routing them through change control
- Performing records retention tasks
- Assisting Compliance lead with strategy, methodologies, and SOP periodic review, CAS reviews, and other documentation
- Assist with monitoring and data gathering required by ongoing programs. Possibility of building machines required for security or configuring machines to restrict use of USB or scan for USB. Installing patches.
- Assisting Infrastructure lead with strategy, methodologies and documentation of process and procedures. Possibility of building virtual machines or other standard builds.
- Network/System maintenance and troubleshooting
- Assisting Project Management lead with strategy, methodologies and project tracking data and metrics.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Applicant must have eight years of relevant experience;
- OR an Associate's degree with six years of experience;
- OR a Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of experience;
- OR a Master’s degree with more than one year of experience
- Computerized systems or Programming related education or experience
- Good organizational skills and can meet project task deadlines
- Teamwork spirit, good communication skills and training abilities
- Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and communication skills {written and oral}
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Nice-to-Have
- Relevant pharmaceutical experience
- Understanding of programming, and proficiency in at least one language
- Understanding of network infrastructure, windows servers, and virtualization
- Experience with writing software test plans, user requirements, and system design documents
