This position requires determination and attention to detail. No previous experience required but some previous experience in food service would be preferred.
Responsibilities Overview
Must successfully complete training program
Have strong knowledge of restaurant menu
Have the confidence to recommend food items
Take orders and serve food & beverages in an efficient manner
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure the quality of the food and beverages
Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times
Be a team player and support fellow team members.
Additional Information:
Must be able to work weekends, specifically Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Job Requirements:
Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages
Must obtain food handler permit and complete TABC seller training
Experience in high volume or fast casual restaurant environment preferred
Able to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
Ability to transport and carry objects such as high chairs, ice bins and glass racks weighing up to 30 lbs. numerous times throughout the shift
Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours
Ability to communicate effectively, including the ability to speak and write in English
Ability to listen effectively, process information quickly, and transfer knowledge to others in order to ensure standards of quality are met consistently
