Qualifications

● Strong background in full-service dining and knowledge of service standards

● Highly organized, efficient, and meticulous with attention-to-detail on all operational matters

● Flexible schedule and open availability (full-time) to meet business needs

● Ability to multi-task and perform in high-volume, high-intensity restaurant

● Strong food & beverage knowledge and the desire to continuously learn

Responsibilities

Uphold the Quince Restaurant values and mission while performing responsibilities

Greet guests with a genuine, welcoming demeanor

Inform guests of specials, menu changes, answer questions regarding food, beverages and allergies

Take food and beverage orders from guests and relay to kitchen staff using a POS system

Communicate with managers, kitchen staff, and service staff

Provide Table side wine service

Assist support team with stocking work stations, removing and resetting used dishes/silverware

Provide exemplary service to guests at all times

Treat every guest, employee, and vendor with respect

Report to work timely, presentable, and in proper uniform

Promote teamwork within the restaurant, creating a positive work environment

Properly execute all necessary steps of service

Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and organization throughout the

restaurant at all times

Perform other job-related activities as required or assigned by the manager

Respond positively to guest's requests with a sense of urgency

Execute daily side work with enthusiasm and motivation

Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their experience and meal

• Fort Worth, TX 76107: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Restaurant experience: 2 years (Preferred)
