About the Role: The Cloud Services Manager is responsible for cloud systems plans and strategy, design, development, and deployment of applications into a Cloud or Hybrid Cloud environment, and implementation of enterprise infrastructure and platforms required for cloud computing. The responsibilities for the role include architecting and leading the delivery of highly available, scalable, and secure application platforms. Our Cloud Services Manager is accountable for the end-to-end cloud deployment experience, from concept development through support and daily operations.

Our role can be completed remotely from locations within the United States. The majority of the work will be completed during typical business hours in the Pacific time zone.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:


  • 3+ years of Azure experience. Azure Government Cloud experience is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in designing and implementing Docker/Kubernetes solutions (AKS preferred)
  • Hands on experience with designing and troubleshooting infrastructure as code (IaC) templates
  • Must have prior experience with GitHub, GitHub Workflows and Actions, Docker and Kubernetes
  • Proven experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages for administration and automation, working with APIs, Microservices in Kubernetes, maintaining infrastructure in Windows and Linux servers.
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as GIT, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Selenium, SonarQube, Docker, ACR, AKS, etc.
  • Understanding of bug tracking tools like JIRA
  • Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering concepts - Observability, Monitoring, MTTA & MTTR, and SLAs / SLIs / SLOs
  • Deep knowledge of Azure Cloud platform and services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • BS in Computer Science, related field or relevant work experience
  • Immediate authorization to work in the US

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

RSI determines pay range based upon numerous compensation factors, including experience, skill set, and geographic location. A current and reasonable estimated range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000. However, it’s possible for an individual to be hired at a salary outside of this range.
