We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping patients overcome communication and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities:

• Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with speech and language disorders
• Providing therapy to patients with speech and language disorders
• Providing education and counseling to patients and their families regarding communication and swallowing disorders
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
• Staying current with advances in Speech Language Pathology and incorporating new techniques and technologies into treatment plans

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Current California state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist or ability to become licensed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of current Speech Language Pathology techniques and technologies
• Experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
