We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping patients overcome communication and swallowing disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with speech and language disorders
- Providing therapy to patients with speech and language disorders
- Providing education and counseling to patients and their families regarding communication and swallowing disorders
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Staying current with advances in Speech Language Pathology and incorporating new techniques and technologies into treatment plans
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current California state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist or ability to become licensed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of current Speech Language Pathology techniques and technologies
- Experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
