Ten35 is searching for a Sr Account Executive to plan, strategize, and execute social media campaigns for high-profile agency clients.
Client Management
- Maintains a cordial and professional relationship with client and partner agencies and handle information requests and coordination as needed
- Advises the Account Director of project/client issues, potential problems, and key business developments
- Supporting on day-to-day activities for assigned client projects/programs and ability to effectively prioritize, manage and coordinate project deliverables
Agency Team Management
- Accountability and ability to clearly/regularly communicate program status and budgets to key members of the “Agency Team”
- Prepare weekly status reports, conference notes, materials, and correspondence as necessary to service assigned accounts and circulate them among appropriate team members
- Review client briefs/direction to align with the client’s business/marketing objectives
- Ability to translate client direction/information into actionable briefs and work orders
- Quickly and accurately provide updates (CWO’s), project changes to the team
- Assist client team with quality control of all items submitted to the client
- Arrange and attend client/agency or internal agency meetings as requested and prepare follow-up reports
- Render assistance on special projects (e.g., competitive research, brainstorms, quarterly business reviews, pulling materials for deck development) and support other agency personnel during peak workloads
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Partner with the Account Director in the managing needs of team members
- Upward management of the Account Director

Program Process Management
- Oversee the execution phase of creative projects with deliverables such as videos, banner unites, branded content, television, radio, OOH, web, and social media
- Ability to work with Project Manager to mobilize internal resources and move projects forward internally in order deliver timely and excellent creative and other work
- Works closely with Project Manager in timeline management and execution
- Ability to provide timely solutions when items are off task or not following the process
- Maintain all related records and files as needed by the Account Team
- Review creative work to ensure it meets the highest standard possible follows the creative brief, or change order
- Exercise good judgment and critical thinking when managing projects, as well as internal and client relationships
- Consistently follows account management process as identified by Account Director
Financial Stewardship
- Keep track of all project estimates, budget, and billing, team utilization reports
- Timely financial reporting for programs
- Efficient expense report submission
