Ten35 is searching for a Sr Account Supervisor to plan, strategize, and execute social media campaigns for high-profile agency clients.

Position Summary:

The Senior Account Supervisor responsible for achieving sales and/or profitability objectives, typically from new clients or accounts. Senior Account Supervisor identify marketplace opportunities, prospect and engage new clients, develop proposals, and manage the contract process. Senior Account Supervisors typically manage and mentor one or more Account people, including SAEs and AEs—demonstrating advanced sales, market research and business skills. The Senior Account Director is generally a supplier-side role and frequently involves travel.

Senior Account Supervisor duties and responsibilities:

Client Management

  • Develops and maintains close relationships with Client counterparts.
  • Become the day-to-day contact for client partner in terms of program process and disseminating feedback both internally and externally
  • Ability to leverage strategic insights and industry knowledge to support client endeavors and keep the broader team informed.
  • Taking the initiative to provide clients with program recaps, competitive reports, and other analytical items to demonstrate proactiveness
  • Advises the Managing Director of client issues, potential problems, and key business developments.

Agency Team Management

  • Communicates account priorities and projects to key members of the “Agency Team” - Account Management, Creative, and Planning.
  • Partners with Planning and Creative counterpart to develop creative objectives and integrated strategies
  • Responsible for recommending creative strategies/rationale to the Managing Director.
  • In charge of making sure briefs align with the client’s business/marketing objectives.
  • Ability to provide direction and collaboration with broader teams
  • Partner with internal teams on new business opportunities

Program Process Management

  • Establishes project and workload priorities and monitors progress to ensure that all work meets high standards and deadlines.
  • Follows account management process as identified by Account Director
  • Works closely with Project Manager in timeline management and execution
  • Ability to provide timely solutions when items are off task or not following the process

Financial Stewardship

  • Supervises/helps develop in-depth reviews/analyses of Client’s business to help identify growth opportunities in business.
  • Oversee fiscal responsibility for assigned accounts including billings and utilization
  • Timely financial reporting for programs
  • Efficient expense report submission
    • Travel
    • Misc Items
