Sr HR Compliance Coordinator

The Sr HR Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations regarding employment documentation and accommodations. Provide support in the functional areas of the Human Resource department and is responsible for ensuring the department's day-to-day activities are completed timely. Responsibilities Maintain, audit, and track I-9s for all new/returning employees. Follow up with key stakeholders to ensure errors are reviewed and corrected in a timely manner. Managing re-verification for I9s for all care professionals Monitoring and assisting with infection control Process payments for various states Assist with the preparation of new market rollout; including research, policy creation, and various system set up. Ensures all new hires and terminations are processed accurately in paylocity. Research and correct/adjust discoverable errors. Appropriately maintains and secures confidential records and inquiries Work cross-functionally with our Care team to improve workflows and processes Identify problems with, and propose solutions for, current operational processes Assist compliance team members in designated markets and ensure compliance remains Honor designated thresholds and goals. Depending on workload may be the primary owner of one or more workflow. Support the rollout of new processes and pilots across the CPHR organization through various channels, including training, Slack, virtual meetings, etc. Proactively stay abreast of Honor’s policies and work with HR Manager to stay abreast of market-specific regulations and requirements in order to ensure adherence to said practices across the team Keep informational trackers clean and work with HR Manager to improve record-keeping across the CPHR team Own the maintenance of CPHR Honor-specific Guru, ensuring the most up-to-date and clear information can be found at any given time Provide regular reporting and feedback to HR Manager About you: To succeed in the role, you’ll need: 2-4 years of HR experience preferred Experience with I-9s preferred Intermediate skills working with Looker and desire for further skill acquisition in this area Intermediate skills working with paylocity Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong work ethic with ability to time-manage and effectively triage work with minimal oversight Creative and proactive problem solver with an understanding of the caregiving industry Adept at navigating new technologies and experience with G-Suite preferred Experience in payroll a plus Strong sense of ownership in a fast-paced environment Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills Our range reflects the hiring range for this position. We use national average to determine pay as we are a remote first company. Individual pay is based on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, experience, education, and training. About the Work:
