Quad County Corn Processors (QCCP), the largest Corn Fiber Cellulosic Ethanol producer in the USA, is looking for a Staff Accountant to become a member of its growing team of professionals in Galva, Iowa.
Staff Accountant responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
· Processing product shipment reports, including invoicing.
· Maintaining cash flow projections and managing daily bank account transactions.
· Assisting in annual budgeting and expense monitoring.
· Performing bank reconciliations.
· Month-end closing.
The preferred candidate will possess a two-year Accounting degree or experience in the accounting field. The successful candidate will possess computer, communication, and organizational skills. Candidate must be able to multitask and handle short time constraints at times. A background in agriculture or ethanol is a plus.
