The Corporate Strategy team at KinderCare is a well-respected group of high-impact problem solvers who can see, generate, and implement concrete ideas across the organization, steering the future direction and positioning the organization for growth and long-term success.
As the Manager of Strategic Initiatives, you will identify new growth opportunities, develop strategic plans, and partner closely with leaders and teams across the organization to ensure the successful completion of large-scale strategic initiatives and programs. This role is critical in driving KinderCare’s ongoing transformation and growth ambitions, and will report to the Director of Corporate Strategy.
