The Referral Center (RC) Supervisor provides oversight of the referral center operations and staff. The RC team will receive Strength Based and Assertive Community Treatment Case Management Referrals and process them according to program guidelines. The RC Supervisor will ensure all program activities are completed and provide supervision and direction to staff.
Due to business needs, the hours for this position are 8 am to 5 pm PST and residency in San Diego is preferred.

California, Nevada and Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Nevada and Washington Residents residents is $56,300 to $110,400. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
