Role Summary
The Supervisor Station Operations oversees the execution of timeline and regulatory compliance at departure gates for Alaska Airlines (AS). As a people leader, the Supervisor Station Operations leads and establishes priorities for Customer Service Agents (CSAs) and assists with customer relations to ensure passenger service standards are maintained or exceeded.

Salary Range
$80,700-$101,500 / year
Total Target Compensation Range (incl. bonus & equity)
$110,913.00
Salary Details
Pay will be based on multiple factors, including and not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset while balancing internal equity relative to other Alaska/Horizon employees.
