Job Description

Syneren is currently seeking a Technical Recruiter that is a self-starter, works independently. Syneren is seeking a full-time Technical Recruiter to work ONSITE to support our human resources and recruiting departments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct full life cycle recruiting from gathering position requirements to offer stage
• Strong ability to monitor job postings, create and edit job descriptions, and ensure maximum utilization of resources
• Support HR staff, including collecting and managing data, developing and filing reports, benefits enrollment and administration, training, and other projects and tasks as needed
• Assist with HR training needs for new and existing employees, including tracking training and certification records
• Assist Project Managers with administrative duties, information tracking, and reports
• Support Business Development team, as required with proposals and additional efforts

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Experience in lieu of degree)
• Excellent organization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability and desire to learn and grow in human resources and recruiting
